How to manage people and develop their skills which suits the requirements of the organisation.
Relevant Human Resource Management Certifications (MBTI, Change Management, Transactional Analysis etc)
Deep knowledge of training process and practices. It is a specialist role and hence basic awareness is not sufficient.

Generic skills – Numerical skills, proficiency in MS Office, data interpretation.

Functional skills – Content design and development, training delivery, training needs analysis, training program management.

If you are interested in dealing with people, training them and achieve better results this career is for you.
